I'm not absolutely sure if Brian Peskin is right about these PEO's, but I follow his advice by eating raw hemp seeds every day so that my total daily fat intake is still at 10% of calories. If he is right, good, then I get the benefits. If he is wrong then what's the harm, my total fat intake is still at 10% max and I get all the low fat WFPBD benefits.
