How Intermittent Fasting Can Enhance Brain Function 🚀



Intermittent Fasting seems to have become the latest “fad diet,” with many media personalities and outlets touting it as an effective means of losing weight and burning excess fat.

You guys know me though, I’m a little more interested in learning what Intermittent Fasting can do for the brain… so here we are

In this video, I’ll discuss why Intermittent Fasting is a “natural” state of being. I’ll explain what The Metabolic Switch is and why scientists believe it can be so beneficial for the brain. Finally, we’ll talk about the implications of this for neurodegenerative diseases (specifically, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s).
