this was interesting to me. the idea of me doing this was not making me that nervous. but once I started doing this did I start to lose control and totally panic. something that was in reverse with the talk with my mom. that was really intense before I did it, and at the start. and I felt less resistance when I was doing it. but this cold I found hard to accept and feel. I did notice that I was feeling a lot warmer for like 2 weeks. in the sense I did not need to have that much clothing on to feel conferrable warm. Wile I was doing the cold showers for like a week
