Aya Brea is back baby! After almost a year, we are returning to the world of Parasite Eve. Catching up with Aya, who has transferred to M.I.S.T a department of the FBI set up after the events of PE1. Aya heads to the town of Dryfield to hunt down the remaining Neo-Mitochondrial creatures.
In this volume, Aya goes into the depths of Shelter and meets a young girl called Eve who has a strange connection with the mitochondria. Fights Eves towering guardian Puppet Stinger, gets ambushed by the No.9 and his Golems. Aya discovers a mole in MIST and escapes the facility. Only to be saved by the military, but deciding to head back into Shelter to tie up some loose ends.
