  1. The whole soy thing makes me roll my eyes because i think is not so much that soy is bad for you, its that its so heavily sprayed with pesticides. The longest living people, the Japanese, eat lots of soy including fermented soy, and they dont see these issues we have. Soy sauce, miso, natto, fermented soy without pesticides is incredibly nutritious.

  2. How can you overeat fruit? It's almost impossible for me to eat more than 1500 calories of fruit in one day, but I could easily eat up to 3000 calories from starches. And why does it even matter? CICO is a lie if you're eating high carb low fat.

  3. I appreciate the Way you present your material to include so many auditory visual references for a “listener only”..and appreciate the anatomy you include (example- internal carotid goes to brain/ external to face).
