VIDEO TRANSKRIPT:

Hi, Remission Biome. So, I’m wearing my Vielight and I haven’t given you guys an update in a while on the Vielight or the light test. So, I wanted to do that. Of course, red light therapy, photobiomodulation, is one of the things that Remission Biome is really interested in outside of just the Remission Biome protocol. And one of the reasons why we’re so interested in it is because of mitochondrial dysfunction and a mitochondrial health.

We know that mitochondrial issues are at the very very root of the biochemical dysfunctions in our bodies for many of us in MECFS and Long Covid. And, managing this mitochondrial dysfunction, excuse me, getting your mitochondria to function better and stop overcompensating is really one of the most important things that you can do to work on your energetic system.

And so, Vielight is an amazing device and helps with this. I really like the Vielight device over some of the other devices in the market because the company has done so much research testing and safety. And, when we’re putting something into our brains or onto our brains particularly light that is actually designed to make changes, to do something, we want to make sure that it’s safe and one of the issues that even many healthy people run into with photobiomodulation is that it increases reoxygen oxygen species too quickly for the system to clear it and so you get glutamate excitotoxicity and other issues and in particular it can actually increase inflammation if you use it too often. So, using the right dose is really crucial for photobiomodulation. And, Vielight is very clear on the dosages that they recommend that you don’t do longer than 20 minutes a day six out of seven days a week. So, if you’re using multiple red light devices, you actually don’t want to keep layering them on top of each other. If you start to experience headaches or other pain in your head, it’s very likely that your body is not clearing reactive oxygen species and you should actually look at underlying conditions that could be responsible for this.

I’m really happy that Remission Biome have got involved with Vielight. We’re still trying to work out how to get Vielight to you all at reduced prices and that is an ongoing battle and something that we’re working very hard to figure out. I hope we can do it soon. In the meantime, please look at Vielight, look at the different options that are out there and…Bye, Remission Biome.
