Plasmalogens: The Longevity Molecule You Never Heard Of



A recent study showed that plasmalogens, a unique molecule found in our brain, muscles, kidneys, and lungs, may be able to slow down aging by protecting you from neurodegenerative diseases.

Plasmalogens decrease as we age, similarly to NAD, SIRT1, AMPK, etc. It appears to be a significant molecule in the aging process.
