Get my Free 1-Week Gut Health Protocol. No strings attached. Just good info: http://www.thomasdelauer.com/gut-health
I honestly tried to eat sardines, but the strong fishy aftertaste makes me gag.
LOL imagine outlawing beats because they make you TOO healthy. ???? I will say I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility because if your ability to breath and oxygenate your blood can be improved drastically it would hurt certain business' quarterly profits.
broccoli…good for gut health??
FYI, Parmesan ≠ Parmegiano. Buy Parmegiano, or specifically Parmegiano Reggiano. It's regulated by the Italian government. Part of those regulations include where it was produced, how long it was aged, and what the cows were being fed. Parmesan is not regulated and, therefore, is not held to any standards and may or may not have any of the same nutrients or benefits.
'Heme' rhymes with 'meme'.
Sesame oil ????
My diet consists of the top four. ????
The grain diet has practically saved our health. Whole wheat is rich in D-chiro-inositol. However, it is the most richest source and most convenient source of vitamins E in the form of tocotrienol which crosses the blood-brain barrier: tocopherols do not. It is a powerful anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory and made my wart in my nostril just disappear in 3 weeks. Many wart testimonies exist.
The gluten you speak, should he treated like you said about dairy. It’s not all the same quality. There is a difference between gluten in flour and in wheat berries. Flour is treated and oxidized either chemically or aged in order to tighten the gluten strands for fluffier bread and improved shelf life. Flour from store, organic or not, is basically spoiled in the same sense that browned meat is too. Tocotrienols are oxidized out just after 72 hours. This means we actually need to mill our wheat fresh before we cook. It is also very rich in almost every mineral including selenium. Kamut wheat has been shown in studies to decrease inflammation. Again, not all wheat is created equal.
Grains, when freshly milled or cooked fresh, can be a very healthy staple. A study published this year shows a potential protective effect against myopia. Also a potential protection against macular degeneration. Tocotrienols are also shown to aid in neuroprotection against Parkinson’s and Dementia.
We should not be even calling flour in stores “wheat.” It is far from it. Wheat must contain the germ and bran without any separation.
They all being said, full out wheat allergy and true celiacs cannot eat even fresh milled wheat.
Aren't sardines high in mercury and also sodium?
awesome man,i lost 70 pounds
Beets tastes and smell like dirt…sweet dirt…but still dirt.
Upgrade the buckwheat to "Himalayan Tartery Buckwheat". It has a very extensive nutritional profile.
Also, chorella and spirilina.. These are incredible algae that should be your #1 nutrional resource.
Thanks for the great information yet once again
"hemm-AYE iron"… Yeah… Clearly you've done your research. "HEEm iron"
Love that the first 4 on your list are loaded with saturated fat. The "superfoods" on this guys list will lead to early heart disease. Do your own research.
I am shocked about the popcorn. I always thought it was bad for you, but glad to hear this since my family loves it.
Good eggs doesn’t exist in the UK!
SO MUCH ADS i turned it off before the first super food introduced
Great video!
I’m curious how you’ve got foods on the list that are so high in Oxalates?
If all you ate were the first four, you'd be doing the carnivore diet
Is toasted sesame oil still as healthy as raw/regular sesame oil? Tahini is sesame seed paste – is that as beneficial or does it need to be heated?
????????????????????????????????
I love to eat sardines and hot sauce. It’s easier to make them go down plus I love to add raw chopped garlic to it for the extra health benefits and flavor and that goes well with hot sauce. And the hot sauce is not in oil.
In one video you said to avoid corn and eat carrot but here you telling to eat popcorn! Doesnt really make sense dude
Sweet potato’s are high in Oxalates.
Parmesan cheese? Are you serious? There are a ton of cheeses made with goat and sheep milk and you choose Parmesan? Come on.
What he doesn’t tell you most of the food is banned in EU, eg chicken, US chicken has been banned in the EU since 1997 because of this chlorine washing process. Fruit and vegetables are sprayed with chemicals again banned worldwide, 12 fruits and vegetables with the most pesticides this year. “More than 90 percent of samples of strawberries, apples, cherries, spinach, nectarines and grapes tested positive for residues of two or more pesticides, Apples may not keep the doctor away after all—at least, if they're American. European food safety regulators banned the pesticide-coated staple last month because of diphenylamine (DPA), a potentially carcinogenic compound used to keep the fruit from turning brown. Banned in EU
What is your knowledge of oxilates. Because you list food high in them.
I thought corn was was nutritionally deficient and did nothing for our bodies.
And sweet potato, although I love them, are apparently high in oxalates?
The whole oxalate thing messes me up.
Anyway, I still love broccoli, and broccoli sprouts.
You should check the ORAC VALUES of food it indicates how strong a anti oxidant it is. Most of the time things like spinach are way at the bottom. Canned cod liver has a real Boss omega 3 ratio sometime 6 times more then you need per day and vitamin A in overload and vitamin D 10 times as much what you minimum require
Thomas following in the footsteps of Dr. Berg, love to see it
