  1. I started supplementing hydrolyzed collagen protein heavily about 6 months ago. I add it along with vitamin C to everything I drink throughout the day, approximately 6 servings per day. I'm 67 years old and tend to overtrain in regards to resistance training , usually going to failure or near failure depending on the workout that day. The big takeaway for me is that I'm not breaking down or injuring, something that wasn't the case for me in years past. It's definitely making a difference in regards to maintaining and building connective tissue rapidly. Thanks, great information.

  2. My nerves where feeling inflamed after my gal bladder remval= mine was dead and it took me 1-1/2 yrs to get my gut health back- i had had covid 19 2 months before the operation then stein put in my bile duct 3 times and then removed. then 8 months latter got a antibiotic kill bad gut bacteria. so i attribute it to that- i also have mesin misenteria . so i triedd gaba and l theline take it every day. It most definately helps and my brain works fine

  3. Can you do a video and talk about how to judge the quality of CoQ10 and Omega 3 supplements. I think both would help me, but I don't want to buy crap

  4. More than likely you are not taking high enough dosages. I was treated by a naturalpathic doctor years ago and he used muscle testing to establish dosages and I have never felt better than the 6 months I saw him and a couple of years after when he moved. Worth looking into, he had be a double and trible dosages of some vitamins and minerals

  5. I take ashwagandha to help with chronic pain. I take it for 45 days on, 30 days off because it can be hard on your liver. Those 30 days off, I feel the difference.

  6. I have found a company where to buy the most amazing suplements and esential oils, organic, pharmaceutical grade, premium cuality, at very low prices,Up to cost price with a 9.95 a month membership.100% legit!!👌😊

  7. Hey Thomas, can you make a video covering how to recover after a long and tough workout. Sometimes I do a lot in 1 day and I am not sure if I am doing and eating certian foods enough to recover from the rigorous workout.

  8. Well maybe taking it for the anti inflammatory effect could help cognition because of the decreased inflammation you flow better and taking it long term you get both benefits

  9. I've gotten the most benefit from adaptogens and other herbal supplements over anything else. We need an updated adaptogen and herb video 😊 I've been taking ashwagandha for a long time, saffron and now ginko. Love them all and they really work with a clean lifestyle. I do cycle them all too.

  10. just say no to Glutamine. the cancer link is strong. Be careful with l-carnitine.. just 3g a day can have you omitting a fishy body odor as well as unmetabolized carnitine will convert to TMAO.

  11. Thank you for these videos! Extremely helpful!!! Look forward to them everyday! Theres plenty of "workout" videos out there. You are the one person i look to for this kind of information.

  13. On the CoQ10, most supplements use Ubiquinone form as it was the only kind easily produced. A company came up with a way to make the Ubiquinone form, which is the type of molecule that drops with age. Now Ubiqinol is becoming the recommended version of CoQ10 as it has MUCH higher bioavailability than ubiquinone. But most supplements still use ubiquinone as it's cheaper to make.

  14. L-Glutamine is a must for those that want to protect and repair their skin from sun exposure, which is where I get my most intense cardio- outdoors.

I take L-Glutamine before and after going to the beach to turn the red skin to brown within 12-24 hours. I’m not going to eat an extra piece of chicken for its un-metobilized L-Glutamine to save my skin 😂. L-Glutamine is a proven supplement for me decade after decade.

I also take L-Glutamine before and after using the tanning booth to repair skin damage. I use the tanning booth to create Vitamin D in my skin.

As for hoping L-Glutamine will build muscle (😂), let’s not forget approximately 300 amino acids and testosterone is needed to create new muscle, not just L-Glutamine.

  15. Can you please tell us how to take all the supplements and vitamins in one day? Do you combine everything together with your protein shake? Seperate, with or without food? How?

  16. for years I struggled with training, because just a small amount, everthing more than a leisurely stroll for an hour, made me ill for the next few weeks. fever, jointpain, weakness so strong I had a hard time making it to the bathroom. doctors found nothing wrong with me. then I stumbled over an article about glutamine helping with the drop in the immune system after a workout. started taking ~5 gramms. for the first time since my teenage years, when I was a competing gymnast, I was able to do something with and for my body- so for me, glutamine is the top one musclebuilding supplement.. 😸

  17. I took a glutamine supplement on the suggestion of a friend who is 55 and ripped, and another friend who started firefighting at 48. Both told me that glutmaine helps them reciver from intense workouts again like they were in their 30s. I ( m 45) tried it and they were spot on. my recovery got noticeably better- less soreness and weakness after workouts. So much so that when I got a new drink, I didnt notice that it was a different formula with no glutmaine, andafter my next 2 workouts I felt awful for a whole day. Weak, sore, tired. after 2 workouts I checked the ingredients- No glutamin! I immediately got a drink with the magic G powder, and suddenly workouts were awesome again. Not a placebo affect! It made a massive difference in how I recovered.

  18. Collagen reversed my ganglion cyst to my doctors amazement. When l stopped taking it the cyst returned, l take it everyday now. Beautiful hair, skin, nails, joints, healthy bones and vascular system not to mention the blood sugar stability when l add it to my sugar free coffee and cream.

  19. try a supplement, if it works it works, problem is with studies, although very important these views are gonna change every ten years or so, if it works it works it works if it don't it dont, youll know and youll know fast, to much confusion, this study might change as early as 3 oclock

  20. Want to go to heaven? Trust Jesus Christs Life, death, burial, and Resurrection alone. His death on the cross for your sins. He shed his precious blood to atone for your sin! You can't be saved unless you acknowledge that you're a lost sinner.. and that you deserve hell, and that Jesus Christ died for your sins.. he was your substitute. His blood is your payment. If you don't plead guilty, you will have to pay your sins yourself (eternity in Hell) All you have to do is trust in him..( asking him to forgive you and save you) and you can spend eternity in heaven with God. It's personal. You can have His righteousness transferred to your account so you don't have to be judged for your own sins?( instead you get judge based on his righteousness.) Don't trust mary, don't trust your baptism, don't trust your church membership, don't trust your good works/goodness. Salvation is in Jesus Christ alone nothing more. Eternal life is a free gift and Jesus paid it All. Christians are good because we love him, not to earn our way to heaven. There is so much fake christianity, many people who have tried to work their way to heaven as a fake Christian will get cast down to hell because they're trusting in their own good works and not Jesus Christ alone.

  21. Cool video Thomas. I've tried GABA a few times but it honestly does nothing noticeable. One hoped it would give a slight valium like effect but alas, not in the least

  22. You are trying to get "brain benefit" from fish oil? When a lot of promoters of Weston Price who drink cod liver oil like it is water ended up with brain cancers?
