Cell Danger Response, the Healing Cycle and the Intersection of CFS, Viruses, and Tickborne Disease

This talk is part of one I gave to a group of Lyme doctors in the Spring of 2021. Since I first came across the work of Bob Navauix, PhD, and his work on the Cell Danger Response, I have been fascinated with new thoughts on what it really takes to get some people well. Anyone who works with patients with chronic illness has known the frustration of not being able to help some patients. The old model of one cause for an illness is no longer holding with some of these people.

Bob’s work is giving me a framework for how to think about what is happening with these patients. I have been fortunate to be able to collaborate with him, including by providing patients for his 2016 study on CFS. I hope maybe it might excite you as much as it does me.
