The Mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell that governs the conversion of calories into energy and heat, specifically ATP.
Think of them as nuclear reactors inside your body.

Mitochondrial biogenesis involves the creation of new mitochondria.
Mitochondrial density refers to improving the functioning of you already existing power reactors.

The better your mitochondria, the more energy you’ll have on a daily basis. This is one of the secrets to my abundant energy levels 24/7. Because of following these techniques, I’m able to improve my effectiveness and performance of my waking hours.
