  2. Kaal, Since I live in India many of these products have higher prices and quiet unaffordable for me while living here. So would you suggest better and cheaper alternatives for these? If yes it'd help a very lot since I don't have bigger income whilst being a 20 year old. It'd help a lot if there's cheap option.

  3. Kaal, the chemistry behind these things arent nearly as interesting to yours and others observations. You could talk about whatever "science", its interesting but we wont put our time to verify everything you say. We want to know your exact observations and what youve personally seen in others. I also have this fog every winter. So thanks for the info๐Ÿ‘Œ

  4. Since we're talking about improving metabolic health, it's crucial to avoid things that are anti-metabolic. Here's a quick list:
    – Heavy Metals
    – PUFAs (as you mentioned)
    – Excessive Estrogen: use the sauna or sweat in the sun to detox
    – Stress hormones
    – Excessive lactic acid
    – Tryptophan, cysteine, and an unbalanced amino acid profile

    Then there are other pro-metabolic compounds such as:
    – Aluminium-free baking soda (raises CO2 which improves metabolism). Use half a teaspoon as a pre-workout (NOT every day though). It's surprisingly cheap as well
    – B Vitamins (Beef, Beef Liver, Eggs, Seafood and B1 supplement)
    – Taurine (supplement is the easiest way)
    – Vitamin C (don't supplement this, get it from fruits like Kiwi, Acerola Cherries, Pineapple, Strawberry, and Blackcurrants)
    – Glycine (Bone broth, Collagen, or supplement). One of the only supplements (like magnesium) that you can take every day.

    Grounding mat and/or being barefoot on grass is also great for metabolism since it is a great source of extra electrons (antioxidants) to prevent inflammation and decrease oxidative stress.

  5. Hey Kaal, Iโ€™ve had quite bad bags under my eyes all my life and Iโ€™ve tried a lot of solutions like optimising sleep and blue light exposure. I also refuse to think itโ€™s genetics. Do you have any natural and/or esoteric solutions? Love the videos man, youโ€™re a legend. The eggnog and lussy are goated <3

  7. I had severe issues in winter too, would basically sit next to my heater and sleep 16 hours a day at my worst.

    Whereas in warm countries I could hit 15k steps daily easily, and even do some cold showers.
    I was sure it was to do with nutrients from sunlight, but vit d supplements had only a small effect.

    I chanced on trying a lot of chillis to warm me up, and quickly noticed way more energy overall.
    Its early days for me still, so I'm not sure about long term effects of this . Anyway try it out please and tell me what you think.

    BUT
    BE more aware, you are listening and taking medical advice from some random unqualified people

    – thereโ€™s so much misinformation these days itโ€™s scary; Healy products, bicarb cancer, slippery elm etc etc
    -> ALL CRAP

    Also methylene blue has some benefits for methemoglobinemia; a condition that you do not have – it is linked to cognitive function BUT has a plethora of side effects and relying on things like this doesnโ€™t help – treat your brain through mental effort; meditation and cure your heavy thoughts.

    End of rant: please be careful
    – there are people dying from medical misinformation in extreme cases
