Meal Timing and Circadian Rhythm Are Essential for Hormone Balance



Today we’re joined by Sarah Kleiner to discuss the importance of meal timing and living in accordance with our circadian rhythm. It turns out that doing so is essential for hormone balance, weight loss and even fertility. Sarah struggled for many years with her health. She tried veganism and then carnivore and while both helped to a certain degree, they didn’t balance her hormones and her body was still out of sorts. It took learning about leptin resistance and the connection between the gut and circadian rhythm to really know what her body needed to function at its best.
