I’m not affiliated with ATG – just a big fan! But Paul has gone through their coaching certification program, so he was able to demonstrate the pull down for us here. Liam also had great results from Knee Ability Zero. For anyone with joint complaints, I highly, highly recommend checking them out: https://www.atgonlinecoaching.com/

It’s common to be a little fatalistic when discussing the effect of aging on training. We tend to accept that getting older will mean loss of muscle mass, weight gain, increased injury risk, chronic pain, and fatigue.

While there is some truth to this, it isn’t an unavoidable fate. We CAN impact the way our bodies age, and training for longevity is one of the best ways to do this.

In this video, I ask: how would Batman need to train if he wanted to keep fighting crime into his 50s? And how can WE train for longevity?

Watch the video for the full discussion but a few pointers include:

* Weight train
* Train the tendons with short and long range movements (ala ATG)
* Use HIIT
* Move often and in a variety of ways
* Keep learning
