In this video we look at Urolithin A, a natural compound that has beneficial effects on our mitochondria. Urolithin A can be made from ellagitannins in our food by our gut microbiome. However not everyone has the ability to make Urolithin A and it can also be supplemented. We have recently interviewed Dr Anurag Singh, one of the authors of the paper that we used in this video and will release that soon as a more in depth discussion on this interesting molecule.
