Vagus Baby! | JEB IN FLOW

No, not the place where whatever happens there supposedly stays there. Quite the opposite in fact. We are talking about the Vagus nerve. This is one of the most important nerves in your body. Starting in the brain stem and running all the way down into your gut, weaving its way through nearly every important organ or nerve plexus along the way, the Vagus nerve signaling to and from the brain make many of the involuntary processes in your body take place from how you breathe to your digestion.
